银屑病并发眼部损害的研究进展

摘　　要：银屑病被认为是一种系统性疾病,但许多皮肤科医生很少重视银屑病患者并发的眼部损害。银屑病并发的眼部损害包括眼睑炎、结膜炎、角膜炎、虹膜睫状体炎、葡萄膜炎、鸟巢状脉络膜视网膜炎和紫外线诱发的白内障等,其主要的致病机制包括银屑病斑块直接累及、银屑病的相关免疫介导的炎症过程以及银屑病治疗过程引起眼部损害。其治疗应在控制原发病银屑病的同时,结合眼科专科进行治疗。认识银屑病并发的眼部损害对患者的诊断和治疗有极其重要的临床意义。本文综述银屑病并发眼部损害的发病机制、临床表现及治疗最新进展。Psoriasis is a systemic disease,therefore,in addition to skin,dermatologists should pay more attention to other systems and organs,such as the ocular system.The ocular complications of psoriasis include blepharitis,conjunctivitis,keratitis,iridocyclitis,uveitis,bird′s nest chorioretinitis and ultraviolet induced cataract.The main pathogenesis of ocular complications includes:psoriasis plaque directly involved the eye,psoriasis related immune-mediated inflammation process and complications caused by psoriasis treatment.Eye damage management should include dermatologic and ophthalmologic specialists for patients with psoriasis.Understanding the ocular complications of psoriasis is important for the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
