摘　　要：本研究借助PDCA循环对国际礼仪课程进行教学改革探索。采用SPOC线上教学模式,改革教学目标、教学内容、教学方式、考核方式等,优化教学过程和教学管理,提升学生礼仪文化素养、实践应用能力和跨文化交际能力。This study explores the teaching reform of international etiquette with the aid of PDCA cycle.SPOC online teaching mode is adopted to reform teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,assessment methods,etc.,optimize teaching process and teaching management,and improve college students’literacy of etiquette culture,practical application ability and cross-cultural communication ability.
