摘　　要：对大学生科创团队建设的对策进行了探究,论述了大学生科技创新团队建设的必要性,从基础设施建设、制度建设、负责人建设、成员培养、管理模式建设、激励措施建设等方面,提出了大学生科技创新团队建设路径。针对大学生科技创新团队建设存在的团队成员流失比较严重,团队建设经费不足,学校及学院支持力度不够等问题,提出大学生科技创新团队建设的提升对策,进而激发大学生参与科创团队的积极性,提升自身的创新能力和创新意识,为创新型社会输送更多创新型人才。The study explores the countermeasures of scientific innovation team construction of college students;and discusses the necessity from infrastructure construction,system construction,principal construction,member culture,management model construction,and incentive measures construction;and proposes the path of scientific and technological innovation team construction of college students.There are problems in the scientific and technological innovation team construction of college students,i.e.the serious loss of team members,insufficient team construction investment,and insufficient school and college support.The improvement strategies for scientific and technological innovation team construction of college students are proposed,to stimulate college student’s enthusiasm to participate the college students,improve their innovation ability and consciousness,and train more innovation talents for innovation society.
