高回弹海绵块教具模型在会阴缝合技术带教中的应用研究

摘　　要：探索高回弹海绵块教具模型在助产会阴缝合技术实验教学中的应用。教师指导学生在高回弹海绵块上制作会阴、肛门模型,进行侧斜切开后用荧光笔染色,在高回弹海绵块模型上进行会阴缝合技术的教学,可以使学生直观地理解并较好地掌握会阴侧斜切开缝合的手术要领,教学质量得到很大提高,实验耗材成本大幅度降低。高回弹海绵块教具模型制作简单,提高了高职助产专业学生的学习兴趣,为产房实习打下坚实基础。The study explores the application of high rebound sponge model in the experiment teaching of perineal suture technique.Teachers guide students to make perineum and anus model on the high rebound sponge,make lateral oblique incision,and dye through nite writer pen;and teach prineal suture technique on high rebound sponge model.This makes students directly know and better grasp the operation essentials of perineal suture technique,greatly improve teaching quality,and greatly decrease experiment consumable costs.The modeling of high rebound sponge model teaching aid is simple.It greatly improves the learning interest of students of midwifery department in the higher vocational college,and lay solid foundation for the practice of delivery room.
