摘 要:以4,4-二溴苯偶酰为原料,经过两步反应得到一种新的喹喔啉-三苯胺衍生物4′,4-(6-溴喹喔啉-2,3-二基)双(N,N-二苯基-[1,1′-联苯]-4-胺)(TP1)。通过^(1)H NMR、^(13)C NMR和HR-MS对其结构进行了表征,并利用紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱研究了衍生物对Fe^(3+)的识别性能。光谱测试结果表明:衍生物溶液与Fe^(3+)作用后,296 nm处的吸光度出现明显变化,说明TP1能选择性识别Fe^(3+);当Fe^(3+)浓度为4~200μmol/L时,TP1吸光度与Fe^(3+)浓度呈现良好的线性回归关系(R^(2)=0.9977)。Using 4,4′-dibromobenzil as a starting material,a new quinoxaline-triphenylamine derivative 4′,4-(6-bromoquinoxaline-2,3-diyl)bis(N,N-diphenyl-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-amine)(TP1)was synthetized by two steps reaction.The structure was characterized by ^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR and HR-MS spectra.The ability of TP1 to recognize ions was investigated by UV-Vis absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy in THF/H_(2)O solution.The results revealed that TP1 showed a high selectivity for Fe^(3+) using UV-Vis absorption spectra in THF/H_(2)O(V/V=7:3)solution.The absorbance at 296 nm changed significantly before and after the reaction of the derivative solution with iron ions.When the concentration of Fe^(3+) was in the range of 4~200μmol/L,there was a good linearity relationship between the concentration of Fe^(3+)and UV-Vis absorption(R^(2)=0.9977).
