摘 要:目的:了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情应急防控阶段,封闭管理条件下在校大学生对当前疫情和防控管理的知信行现状及其应对方式。方法:于2022年3月28日至4月15日沈阳市新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情应急防控阶段,对封校管理下沈阳市某医学院校的在校本科生,应用自编问卷及简易应对方式量表(SCSQ),了解学生对疫情防控知信行现状及应对方式情况。应用问卷星平台开展调查,采用Logistic回归进行多因素分析。结果:共收集到有效问卷3233份,89.82%学生对新型冠状病毒肺炎相关知识的认知较好,84.94%学生对本轮疫情持积极态度。本轮疫情期间,总体呈现积极行为倾向(92.85%)和积极应对倾向(71.67%)。多因素分析结果显示,男生比女生、低年级(大一二年级)比中间年级(大三年级)的学生应对方式更积极;临床医学专业比其他专业学生应对方式更积极;此外,身体健康状况较差、新型冠状病毒肺炎相关知识的认知较差、本轮疫情持消极态度和行为转变较差,均为消极应对倾向的危险因素。结论:应急防控阶段,大部分学生能够采取积极态度和方式应对,良好的认知、态度和行为对应对倾向均有积极影响。建议学校应针对学习任务较重的专业和年级学生,尤其是男生,制定相应的干预策略及心理援助,提高学生积极应对的态度和能力。Objective:To understand the current situation of college students′knowledge,attitude,practice and coping styles during the emergency prevention and control stage of COVID-19.Methods:From Mar 28 to Apr 15,2022,during the emergency prevention and control of COVID-19 in Shenyang,undergraduates of a medical college in Shenyang under the management of school closure were surveyed with a self-designed questionnaire and a simple coping style scale(SCSQ)to understand the status quo of students′knowledge,attitude,practice and coping styles.The“Questionnaire Star”platform was used to carry out the survey.Logistic regression was used for statistical analysis.Results:A total of 3233 valid questionnaires were collected.And 89.82%of students had a good understanding of COVID-19 knowledge,and 84.94%of students had a positive attitude towards the current outbreak.During the current outbreak,students generally showed positive practice tendency(92.85%)and positive coping tendency(71.67%).Results of multivariable analysis showed that boys were more positive than girls in coping styles,and students of lower grades(freshman and sophomore)were more positive than those of middle grades(junior).Students majoring in clinical medicine had more positive coping styles than other majors.In addition,poor physical health,poor knowledge of COVID-19,negative attitudes and poor practice changes were risk factors for negative coping tendencies.Conclusions:In the stage of emergency prevention and control,most students can adopt positive attitudes and coping styles to the emergency.Good knowledge,attitude and practice have a positive impact on the coping tendency.It is suggested that appropriate intervention strategies and psychological assistance should be formulated for students in majors and grades with heavy learning tasks,especially boys,so as to further improve the quality and efficiency of management in the future normal management of the epidemic.
