摘 要:肺炎支原体肺炎(Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,MPP)是常见的儿童社区获得性肺炎之一,近年来随着疾病谱的演变以及耐药率的不断增加,MPP发病率逐年上升,发病年龄呈现低龄化趋势。脂溶性维生素(fat-soluble vitamins,FV)在维持机体正常功能及代谢的价值不可或缺,目前研究发现FV兼具提升机体免疫力及抗炎作用。本文从MPP的发病机制以及FV对机体免疫功能的影响着手,阐述FV在MPP中的临床应用价值。Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)is one of the common community-aquired pneumonia in children.In recent years,as the disease spectrum has evolved and the rate of drug resistance is increasing,the morbidity of MPP is on the rise,and the onset age shows a younger trend.Fat-soluble vitamins(FV)are essential in maintaining normal body function and metabolism.Recent researches also have found that it can enhance the body′s immunity and anti-inflammatory effects.Based on the pathogenesis of MPP and the effect of FV on immune function,this article summarizes the role of FV in MPP in children.
