摘 要:为了改善空气源热泵蒸发器在低环境温度下沿空气流动方向结霜不均匀、首排结霜量较大进而导致热泵除霜间隔较短、制热能力下降等问题,对不同翅片片距组合的变片距蒸发器在低环温工况下运行及结霜的情况进行数值模拟。结果表明变片距蒸发器在低环温条件下可以提高换热量、降低迎风面管排结霜厚度并提高各排结霜均匀性,有利于延长除霜间隔。变片距蒸发器更适用于低温地区。In order to improve the problems of nonuniform frost growth along the direction of air flow and large frost mass in the first row in finned tube evaporator of air-source heat pump under low ambient temperature,which could cause short defrost interval and heating capacity decline and other problem,a numerical simulation of different fin pitch fin-tube evaporators which operating in low ambient temperature was carried out.The results show that fin-tube evaporators with different fin pitch can improve heat transfer capacity,reduce the frosting thickness of the windward tube as well as improve the frosting uniformity of each row of evaporator under low ambit temperature,which is beneficial to extend defrost interval.The fin-tube evaporators with different fin pitch is more suitable for low-temperature area.
