摘  要:以羟乙基腰果酚醚(HCE)、巯基乙醇为原料,利用“巯基-烯”光点击反应对腰果酚脂肪链中不饱和双键进行改性,制备了腰果酚基多元醇(S-HCE)。再利用丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)进行半封端反应,制备半封端聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(IH),最终合成腰果酚基聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(SH-IH)。通过傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振氢谱(;H-NMR)等对产物结构进行了表征,结果表明SH-IH被成功合成。以SH-HCE制备了不同配方的光固化涂料,通过流变性、拉伸性能测试及失重分析研究了附着力促进剂用量及活性稀释剂种类对涂层性能的影响,结果表明,添加质量分数3%的附着力促进剂时,涂层的铅笔硬度可达5H,附着力可达1级。添加稀释剂丙烯酸异冰片酯的树脂其双键转化率可达73%,固化膜的力学性能和热稳定性优于添加稀释剂丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯的固化膜。The cardanol-based polyols(S-HCE) were prepared using hydroxyethyl cardanol ether(HCE) and mercaptoethanol as raw materials, by the modification of unsaturated double bonds in the cardanol fatty chain by the light-click reaction of sulfhydryl-ene.Then semi-blocked polyurethane acrylate(IH) was prepared by semi-blocking reaction of hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA) and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), and finally cardanol-based urethane acrylate(SH-IH) was synthesized. The structure of SH-IH was characterized by FT-IR and ^(1)H-NMR. The results showed that SH-IH was synthesized successfully. The UV-cured coatings with different formulations were prepared with the SH-IH. The effects of the amount of adhesion promoter and the type of reactive diluent on the coating properties were studied by rheology, tensile property test and weight loss analysis. The results showed that the pencil hardness of the coating with 1wt% of adhesion promoter could reach 5 H and the adhesion could reach grade 1. The double bond conversion rate of the resin added with diluent isobornyl acrylate could reach 73%, and the mechanical properties and thermal stability of the cured film were better than those of the cured film added with diluent-β-hydroxyethyl acrylate.
