摘 要:目的探讨采用多元统计方法进行不同产地黄芪质量评价的可行性。方法采用超高效液相色谱-串联蒸发光散射检测器(UPLC-ELSD)测定黄芪皂苷Ⅰ、黄芪皂苷Ⅱ、黄芪皂苷Ⅲ和黄芪甲苷含量,对不同产地的黄芪皂苷成分进行逼近于理想值的排序方法(TOPSIS法)和聚类热图分析。结果TOPSIS分析显示,山西、甘肃、内蒙古黄芪样品综合质量较为接近(相对接近程度系数分别为0.2973、0.3460、0.3225),山西产S13、S14及内蒙古自治区产N5样品品质较高。聚类热图显示,黄芪基本按地域聚成三类,黄芪皂苷质量差异主要表现在黄芪皂苷Ⅰ、黄芪皂苷Ⅱ含量不同。结论多元统计分析可为黄芪综合质量评价、优良种质资源筛选和中药产地溯源提供参考。Objective To explore the feasibility of using multivariate statistical analysis to evaluate the quality of Astmgali radix from different habitats.Methods The contents of Astragaloside saponinⅠ,Astragalus saponinⅡ,AstragalosideⅢand Astragaloside A were determined by UPLC-ELSD.The components of astragalus saponins from different habitats were analyzed by TOPSIS and cluster thermogram.Results TOPSIS analysis showed that the comprehensive quality of Astmgali radix samples from Shanxi,Gansu and Inner Mongolia was related(were 0.2973,0.3460,0.3225),and the whole quality of S13 and S14 from Shanxi and N5 from Inner Mongolia were higher than others.Cluster thermogram showed that Astmgali radix was grouped into three groups according to region,and the quality difference of Astmgali radix was mainly reflected on Astragaloside saponinⅠand Astragalus saponinⅡ.Conclusions The theory of multivariate statistical analysis is perfect,objective and reliable.It can be used as a reference for comprehensive quality evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),selection of excellent germplasm resources and traceability of origin of TCM.
