摘 要:为去除催化裂化油浆含有的大量微小固体颗粒,选用树脂类物质和聚醚类物质作为油浆沉降剂主要组分对油浆进行脱固处理,探究了搅拌釜内沉降剂添加量、搅拌速度、温度、时间等因素对油浆脱固的影响。结果表明:在沉降剂添加量500μg/g,转速900 r/min,混合时间30 min,混合温度95℃,沉降温度95℃,沉降时间24 h条件下,催化裂化油浆中的固体颗粒含量可以降低到320μg/g。Because FCC slurry contains a large number of small solid particles which need to be separated before its resource utilization.Resins and polyethers are selected as the main components of settling agent for the oil slurry desolidation,and the effects of settling agent addition,stirring speed,temperature and time on oil slurry desolidation are explored.The experimental results show that the content of solid particles in FCC slurry can be reduced to 320μg/g under the optimized operating conditions of 500μg/g settling agent dosage,900 r/min stirring speed,30 min mixing time,95℃mixing temperature,95℃settling temperature,24 h settling time.
