摘  要:为研究SSZ-13沸石分子筛膜对有机溶剂-水混合物体系有良好的选择分离性能,采用90支该膜分离正丙醇的质量分数80%的水混合物体系。结果表明,在进膜压力0.12 MPa、操作温度85℃时,膜器出口正丙醇产品水的质量分数低于1%,透过侧水中的正丙醇的质量分数<1%,连续运行240 h膜性能基本不变;乙酸乙酯的质量分数96.5%的水混合物体系在进膜压力0.12 MPa、操作温度75℃时,膜器出口乙酸乙酯产品水的质量分数低于0.5%,透过侧水中的乙酸乙酯的质量分数<0.5%,连续运行360 h膜性能基本不变。In order to study the selective separation performance of SSZ-13 zeolite membrane for organic solvent/water mixture system,90 membranes were used to separate 80%n-propanol/water mixture system.The results showed that the water content of n-propanol product was lower than 1%at the inlet pressure of 0.12 MPa and operating temperature of 85℃.When the content of isopropyl alcohol in the water passing through was less than 1%,the membrane performance remained unchanged for 240 h.When the inlet pressure was 0.12 MPa and the operating temperature was 75℃,the water content of ethyl acetate product at the outlet of the membrane was less than 0.5%,and the water content at the side of the membrane was less than 0.5%.The membrane performance remained basically unchanged after 360 h continuous operation.
