摘  要:发动机中曲柄连杆活塞运动机构的惯性不平衡力是影响车辆驾乘舒适性的重要因素之一,尤其在单缸发动机中较为明显。为了改善某型号发动机一阶不平衡惯性力对全地形车的振动不利影响,综合考虑发动机自身结构优化设计及其在整车上的布置等因素,采取主动隔振和被动隔振相结合的方法来解决振动问题。通过建立单缸发动机惯性力数学模型和引入平衡轴方案以降低发动机对车架的影响,利用缓冲垫内摩擦产生的阻尼较好地吸收振动和冲击能量以避免发动机与整车的共振,并采用单点激振频响函数法进行模态测试和B&K振动分析仪进行振动测试试验,数据显示改进后的车辆振动性能比初始样机有了大幅改善。The Inertia Unbalance Force of crank-connecting Rod-piston Motion Mechanism of engine is one of the important factors which affect the ride comfort of vehicle, especially in single-cylinder engine.In order to improve the bad effect of the first order unbalanced inertia force of an engine on the vibration of an all-terrain vehicle, the structural optimization design of the engine and its arrangement on the vehicle are taken into account, the vibration problem is solved by combining the active and passive vibration isolation. In order to reduce the influence of the engine on the frame, the mathematical model of the inertia force of the single cylinder engine is established and the balance axis is introduced. The damping produced by the friction of the cushion can absorb the vibration and shock energy to avoid the resonance between the engine and the frame. The single point excitation frequency response function method is used for Modal Test and B & K Vibration Analyzer is used for vibration test. The data show that the vibration performance of the optimized vehicle is much better than that of the original prototype.
