韩氏妇科对子宫内膜异位症的中西医认识和治疗对策

摘　　要：韩氏妇科运用传统的中医理论结合现代医学对子宫内膜异位症(Endometriosis,EMT)的研究,衷中参西,病症结合,创新性地提出从伏邪理论,邪伏窠囊的角度探讨子宫内膜异位症的发病机制,指出“瘀”是该病的发病核心。临证运用专方内异止痛汤加减辨证施治,周期调治,结合中药灌肠、微波理疗、隔药灸,内外合治,多管齐下,效如桴鼓。韩氏妇科把中医学“治未病”理论,和子宫内膜异位症的发病机制和特点有机结合,倡导子宫内膜异位症未病先防、既病防传。韩氏妇科对子宫内膜异位症认识深刻,疗效显著,其思维和方法值得临床借鉴和推广。In Han′s gynecology,the latent pathogen theory was innovatively proposed according to the research progress on endometriosis(EMT)by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theories and modern medicine and disease-syndrome combination,where EMT pathogenesis was discussed from the perspective of latent pathogens causing pathogenic knots,and stasis was regarded as the core factor leading to EMT.Clinically,the specialized prescription modified NeiyiZhitong Decoction is applied based on syndrome differentiation for periodic treatment,assisted with TCM enema,microwave physiotherapy,and drug-separated moxibustion to achieve the definite efficacy.Han′s gynecology organically integrates the TCM theory of"preventive treatment"with the pathogenesis and characteristics of EMT and advocates the EMT prevention before itsonset and the prevention of the lesion transmission of the disease.Han′s gynecology has a deep understanding of EMT and its curative effect is remarkable.Its ideas and methods are worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
