钢结构防腐用丙烯酸树脂涂料制备及性能研究

摘　　要：针对传统树脂涂料耐介质性能差,光泽度不高的问题,以水可分散型含羟基丙烯酸树脂为基体,制备一种新型的涂料,并对涂料的性能进行测试。结果表明:当玻璃转化温度不低于30℃时,水可分散型含羟基丙烯酸涂料漆膜光泽度和光饱和度较高,耐水时间为48h,耐酸碱时间为24h,耐盐水时间为72h,耐盐雾时间为60h,内部结构致密,表面平整光滑,具有优良的疏水性能,可有效用于钢结构防腐。In view of the problems of poor medium resistance and low glossiness of traditional resin coatings,a new coating is prepared with wa-ter dispersible acrylic resin containing hydroxyl as matrix.The results show that when the glass transition temperature is not lower than 30 ℃,the water dispersible acrylic coating containing hydroxyl has a high glossiness and light saturation,and its water resistance time is 48h,acid and alkali resis-tance time is 24h,salt water resistance time is 72h and salt spray resistance time is 60h;it has a dense internal structure,a smooth surface and excel-lent hydrophobic properties.It can be used for anti-corrosion of steel structure.
