摘  要:制备一种改性丙烯酸胶,并提高其韧性、耐冲击性能,采用不同的添加方式,第一种添加方式:A组分中加ABS树脂和氯丁橡胶,B组分加ABS树脂;第二种添加方式:A组分中加ABS树脂和氯丁橡胶,B组分加ABS树脂和氯丁橡胶;第三种添加方式,在A组分中只加橡胶,B组分只加ABS树脂。考察了ABS树脂的添加量对改性丙烯酸胶性能的影响。结果表明,当采用第二种添加方式,且ABS树脂添加量为17%时,其黏度合适,且其拉伸剪切强度和耐冲击强度较高,热贮存稳定极佳。A modified acrylic adhesive is prepared to improve its toughness and impact resistance.Different adding methods are used.The first addition method is adding ABS resin and neoprene to component A,and adding ABS resin to component B.The second addition method is adding ABS resin and neoprene to component A,and adding ABS resin and neoprene to component B.The third addition method is only adding rubber to component A,and only adding ABS resin to component B.And the effect of the addition amount of ABS resin on the properties of modified acrylic ad-hesive is investigated.The results show that when the second addition method is used and the addition amount of ABS resin is 17%,the viscosity is appropriate,the tensile shear strength and the impact resistance is high,and the heat storage stability is excellent.
