摘　　要：中医药国际标准化成为国际社会关注的焦点,而国际组织是推动国际标准传播的主要途径,文章通过系统梳理中医药国际标准及相关国际组织工作特点,总结当前中医药国际标准化发展现状,探讨存在的问题并提出对策,旨在为中医药国际标准化发展提供研究思路。目前相关中医药国际组织世界卫生组织(WHO)、国际标准化组织/中医药技术委员会(ISO/TC 249)、世界中医药学会联合会(WFCMS)、世界针灸学会联合会(WFAS)已发布和在研国际标准多项,涉及中医诊疗指南/技术操作规范、诊疗设备、中药材及中药产品、针灸、术语、信息等,涵盖了中医、中药、针灸等领域,使得中医药国际标准化进入快速发展阶段,但同时也面临国际标准体系不完善、标准制定内容存在交叉,缺乏标准实施评价等问题,为此亟需制定相应对策,开展标准实施与评价研究,通过评价促进中医药国际标准质量提升,更好地推动中医药国际标准化发展。International standardization of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has become the focus of the international community,and international organizations are the main way to promote the dissemination of international standards.By systematically sorting out the international standards of TCM and the work characteristics of related international organizations,this article summarized the current development status of international standardization of TCM,and discussed the existing problems and countermeasures,aiming to provide research ideas for the development of international standardization of TCM.At present,the relevant international organizations of TCM WHO,ISO/TC 249,WFCMS,and WFAS have published and a number of standards under research,involving TCM diagnosis and treatment guidelines/technical operation specifications,equipment,Chinese medicinal materials and products,acupuncture,terminology,information,which covered the fields of TCM,Chinese herbal medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion.International standardization of TCM has entered the stage of rapid development,but also faced problems such as imperfect international standard system,overlapping content of standard formulation,and lack of standard implementation evaluation.Therefore,it is urgent to formulate countermeasures and carry out standard implementation evaluation,and promote the quality improvement of international standards of TCM through evaluation,which preferably promote the development of international standardization of TCM.
