摘　　要：中医技术类国际标准的研制是目前中医现代化与国际化的趋势所在,其中中医临床诊疗指南是中医技术类标准的核心。文章通过剖析国际中医临床诊疗指南的需求,基于中医诊疗指南研制与国际转化的现状,聚焦中医指南研制过程中共性范式与网络平台的难点,创新性地提出构建具有中医特色的“症-病-术”3个范畴的共性规范,搭建国际中医临床诊疗指南制定与转化平台的策略,并开展相关工作,从而为国际中医技术类标准的发布与推广工作的开展提供思路。The development of international standards for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)technology has indicated the trend of TCM modernization and internationalization.Taking Clinical Practice guidelines(CPG)in TCM as the core of the standards,we could analyze the requirements of international CPG in TCM.Based on the current situation of development and international transformation of CPG in TCM,we focused on the difficulties of common processes and the network platform in the development of CPG in TCM.This study proposed a strategy to build a common standard of‘symptom-disease-technology’with TCM characteristics and establish a TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment platform in line with international standards,thus providing ideas for the publication and promotion of international TCM technical standards.
