时空针灸纳甲法与原气、原穴探析

摘　　要：时空针灸纳甲法是肾命三焦通过十二正经输布、循环原气的时空系统和五腧穴(包括原穴)在这一系统中的十日敏感周期,即原气的十日敏感周期。原气、原穴与时空针灸纳甲法关系密切,为了更好的简述原气、原穴在时空针灸纳甲法这一时空结构中的重要性及内在关系。文章从元气与原气的关系,时空针灸纳甲法与原气、原穴的关系等方面进行系统阐述,旨在阐明肾命原气、原穴在时空针灸纳甲法中的重要性及内在关联性,从深层阐释朱勉生教授承古训而创新,发掘出针灸学中具有“时穴”概念的腧穴在特定的时空结构中发挥的作用各异的内涵。The time-space acupuncture najia method is the ten-day sensitive cycle of the primordial qi,which is the time and space system of the kidney’s sanjiao through twelve regular channels and circulation of the primordial qi,and the five acupoints(including the yuan-primary point)in this system.Primordial qi and yuan-primary point are closely related to the timespace acupuncture najia method.In order to better describe the importance and internal relationship of the primordial qi and yuanprimary point in the time-space acupuncture najia method,this paper systematically expounds the relationship between primordial qi,time-space acupuncture najia and method yuan-primary point.The purpose is to clarify the importance and internal correlation of the primordial qi and yuan-primary point of the kidney in the time-space acupuncture najia method,and to explain the innovation of professor ZHU Mian-sheng from the ancient teachings.Furthermore,the connotation of the different roles played by acupoints with the concept of‘time points’in acupuncture and moxibustion in a specific time and space structure was discovered.
