陈达夫玄府思想探析

摘　　要：“玄府”是刘完素首创,后世学者逐步充实完善的一个藏象学与经络学名称。玄府理论的创立,是中医向微观深入发展的一个标志。现代眼科名家陈达夫教授重视河间玄府之说,联系六经对玄府理论的内涵及玄府郁闭病因病机作了重要发挥,提出了自己独特见解,并积极探索六经眼病的玄府论治方法和开玄府的各种方药,著《中医眼科六经法要》中论述了自己关于玄府的学术思想,文章对《中医眼科六经法要》之玄府思想进行归纳整理探讨,以期为玄府理论应用于临床提供参考。‘Xuanfu’is an anatomic name in state of internal organs and meridians,which was initiated by LIU Wan-su and gradually perfected by later scholars.The establishment of Xuanfu theory is a symbol of the development of TCM to micro level.Professor CHEN Da-fu,a famous modern ophthalmologist,attached importance to the theory of Xuanfu in Hejian,made an important contribution to the connotation of Xuanfu theory and the etiology and pathogenesis of Xuanfu depression in connection with the six meridians,put forward his own unique opinions,and actively explored the Xuanfu treatment methods of six meridians eye diseases and various prescriptions for opening Xuanfu.He discussed his academic thought on Xuanfu in the Six Meridians of Ophthalmology of Traditional Chinese Medicine.This paper summarizes and discusses the thought of Xuanfu in the Six Meridians of Ophthalmology of Traditional Chinese Medicine,in order to provide reference for the application of Xuanfu theory in clinic.
