摘　　要：近年来各医家对孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)的研究逐步深入,有关ASD中医病因病机的论述有脑源之说、肾源之说、脾源之说、肝源之说、心源之说。刘晓萍教授认为ASD乃本虚标实之证,本虚为肾精不足、气血亏虚,标实为痰浊内生、心肝火旺,与五脏功能失调相关,临床辨证中应辨明标本虚实,本虚者,应辨明精、气、血之别,标实者,应辨明痰、火之异。文章就刘晓萍教授对ASD中医病因病机的认识进行系统阐述,以期为临床ASD的辨证论治提供参考依据。In recent years,the research on autism spectrum disorders(ASD)has gradually deepened by various doctors.The discussion on the etiology and pathogenesis of ASD in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)includes the theory of brain origin,kidney origin,spleen origin,liver origin and heart origin.Professor LIU Xiao-ping believes that ASD is the syndrome of root vacuity and tip repletion.Root vacuity refers to kidney essence deficiency and qi-blood vacuity.Tip repletion refers to endogenesis of phlegm turbidity and hyperactivity of heart-liver fire,which are related to dysfunction of five organs.In clinical syndrome differentiation,it is necessary to distinguish the root vacuity and tip repletion,the difference of essence,qi and blood should be distinguished for the root vacuity,and the difference of phlegm and fire should be distinguished for the tip repletion.This paper systematically expounds professor LIU Xiao-ping’s understanding of TCM etiology and pathogenesis of ASD in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of ASD.
