从少阳病欲解时谈抑郁症的时间治疗学

摘　　要：抑郁症是一种严重威胁人类身心健康的疾病,其临床表现与《伤寒论》中的少阳病相似。根据其晨重暮轻的发作特点形成的抑郁症时间治疗学,正是中医“天人相应”思想的体现。文章通过对比抑郁症和少阳病的临床表现、发病机制、发作特点和治疗时机,深度解析了“少阳病,欲解时,从寅至辰上”在抑郁症治疗中的应用,为临床实践提供了理论依据。Depression is a serious threat to the physical and mental health of human beings.Its clinical manifestations are similar to Shaoyang disease in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases.The chronotherapeutics of depression formed according to its characteristics of attacks,heavy in the morning and light in the evening,embodying the thought of‘correspondence between human body and nature environment’in traditional Chinese medicine.By comparing the clinical manifestations,pathogenesis,attack characteristics and treatment timing of depression and Shaoyang disease,this paper deeply analyzes the application of‘the relief time of Shaoyang disease is from Yin to Chenshang’in the treatment of depression,which provides a theoretical basis for clinical practice.
