摘　　要：武维屏教授治疗肺系疾病重视脾胃,其认为肺系病证,病位虽在肺,但与脾胃密切相关。在治疗支气管扩张症时,武教授认为滥用西药抗生素以及中药苦寒清热药容易损伤脾胃,导致痰浊内生,使病情迁延不愈,因此认为尤其要重视脾胃的调理,文章总结武教授治疗支气管扩张症过程中调理脾胃的思路,归纳为健脾、益气、温中、助阳四法,并结合验案探讨其临床应用。Professor WU Wei-ping attaches great importance to the spleen and stomach in the treatment of lung diseases.She believes that the disease syndrome of the lung system is in the lungs,but is closely related to the spleen and stomach.In the treatment of bronchiectasis,professor WU believes that the abuse of western medicine antibiotics and Chinese medicine bitter cold and heat-reducing medicines can easily damage the spleen and stomach,cause sputum turbidity and endogenous disease,and make the disease unsustainable.Therefore,she considers that the conditioning of the spleen and stomach should be paid special attention.In the process,the ideas of conditioning the spleen and stomach are summarized into four methods of strengthening the spleen,replenishing qi,warming the middle,and reinforcing yang,and discuss its clinical application in combination with the test cases.
