从“方眼”“四合”视角谈双心疾病的遣方用药心得

摘　　要：随着社会的发展,双心疾病逐渐引起了各界的重视,自1995年胡大一教授在国内呼吁关注双心疾病起,人们对双心疾病的理解逐渐深入,临床上对于某些心脏病患者往往不再单纯着眼于器质性病变本身,更多地考虑到患者的心理因素及干预,体现了双心疾病的多元化治疗体系构建。中医药对本病的认识和治疗有很多独到之处,笔者以为“方眼”是经典名方的灵魂,“四合”是将对药、角药的进一步优化后衍生的药组,拟从全新的“方眼”“四合”角度来解读中医治疗双心疾病的遣方用药心得,期望对于古代经典名方的二次开发,对药、角药的传承和发扬以及双心疾病的中医药诊疗规律的研究做出微薄贡献。With the development of society,psycho-cardiological disease has gradually attracted attention from all walks of life.Since professor HU Da-yi’s call for attention on psycho-cardiological disease in China in 1995,people’s understanding of psychological heart disease has gradually deepened.Some patients with heart disease often no longer be focused solely on the organic disease itself,but given more consideration to their psychological factors and intervention,which reflects the construction of a diversified treatment system for psycho-cardiological disease.Traditional Chinese medicine has many unique features on the understanding and treatment of this disease.‘Eyes of prescription’is the soul of classic prescriptions.‘Four combination drugs’is a drug group derived from the further optimization of couplet drugs and angular drugs.The author use‘eyes of prescription’and‘four combination drugs’to interpret the experience of prescriptions and medicines for psycho-cardiological disease,expecting to make a meager contribution to the secondary development of ancient classical prescriptions,the inheritance and development of couplet drugs and angular drugs,and the discipline of diagnosis and treatment of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.
