基于“形气神一体同调”论治双心疾病

摘　　要：中医学认为人体是由形、气、神三者构成的统一整体,双心疾病作为“心身疾病”,其发生发展过程涉及形、气、神三方面的病变,文章立足于形、气、神三位一体生命观,指出在双心疾病的发生发展过程中,形、气、神三者共同作用,相互促进,其一失位,三者皆伤,在治疗上认为调气化应贯穿双心疾病治疗始终,同时应依据患者病情发展阶段佐以调神、复形,提出运用形、气、神一体同调治疗双心疾病的构想,以期为临床防治双心疾病提供新的思路。It is said that the human body is a unified whole composed of body,qi,and spirit in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).As a‘psychosomatic disease’,the occurrence and development process of psycho-cardiology disease has involves three aspects:body,qi and spirit.This article is based on the trinity of body,qi and spirit.The concept of life points out that those three has worked together and promoted each other in the occurrence and development of bi-heart disease.When one of them went wrong,all three could get hurt.In treatment,we believe qi regulation run through all the process.At the same time,according to the development stage of the patient’s condition,it should be supplemented with the mind-regulation and bodyregulation.Proposing the concept of using‘perspective of the coordination of body,qi and spirit’to treat psycho-cardiology disease,we aimed to provide new ideas for clinical prevention and treatment of psycho-cardiology disease.
