摘  要:膜系是广泛存在于人体上下表里的庞大膜系统,具有极其重要的生理病理与临床诊疗意义。文章在既往三焦膜系等理论研究基础上,从大体解剖层面,依据《灵枢·海论》,将人体5个重点膜系与其基本病变相结合,提出采用膜系病变分析的中医思维,可以高效性、根本性治疗各种疑难病;同时,论述了膜系与经络、生物全息律的关系等若干重要问题,重视中医思维指导下多学科协作,并通过临床疑难病例进行详细讲解与论述,以期将膜系理论临床实践化。The membrane system is distributed over all body cavities and has extremely important significance in clinical diagnosis and treatment.According to Lingshu·Hailun,the physiological function and pathological features of five key membrane systems in the human body were discussed based on the previous research on the triple energizer membrane system.The concept of membrane system is commonly used to analyse the pathogenesis and guide the treatment of complicated cases.Some important problems such as the relationship between the membrane system and main and collateral channels and the application of the biological holographic law in membrane system.Under the guidance of the membrane system,clinical multidisciplinary collaboration was put forward in the treatment of complicated cases.At the same time,this paper discussed the importance of multi-disciplinary cooperation under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine thinking.Through difficult clinical cases,we could explain and discuss it in detail to put membrane system theory into clinical practice.Complicated clinical cases were recorded and analyzed in detail in order to put the membrane system theory into clinical practice.
