癌毒病机理论辨治胰腺癌探讨

摘　　要：程海波教授团队在传承国医大师周仲瑛教授“癌毒”学说的基础上,创建了中医肿瘤癌毒病机理论。癌毒病机理论认为,胰腺癌的主要病因是“虚、毒、痰、湿、瘀”,核心病机为“痰湿瘀毒、脾气亏虚”。临证应以“抗癌解毒、扶正祛邪”为基本治则,治疗以抗癌解毒为核心,以化痰软坚为关键,以化湿泄浊、化瘀散结为要点,以健脾益气为根本。文章以癌毒病机理论为指导,阐明胰腺癌的核心病机及其演变规律,并提出相应的治则、治法,为中医药辨治胰腺癌提供新思路、新方法。Inheriting the theory of‘cancer toxin’of TCM master ZHOU Zhong-ying,the team of professor CHENG Hai-bo established the pathogenesis theory of cancer toxin in TCM.According to the pathogenesis theory of cancer toxin,the main pathological factors of pancreatic cancer are‘deficiency,toxin,phlegm,dampness and blood stasis’,the core pathogenesis is‘phlegm,dampness,blood-stasis and toxin,spleen qi deficiency’.Clinical treatment should take‘counteracting cancer and removing toxins,strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil’as the basic treatment principle.Therapeutic method should take‘counteracting cancer and removing toxins’as the core,‘removing phlegm and dissipating mass’as the key,‘dissolving dampness and removing turbidity,removing blood stasis and resolving mass’as the key point,and‘strengthening spleen and replenishing qi’as the fundamental.Under the guidance of the pathogenesis theory of cancer toxin,this paper expounds the core pathogenesis and its rules of pancreatic cancer,and puts forward the corresponding treatment principles and methods,so as to provide new ideas and methods for the differential diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer in TCM.
