风药在六经病辨治中的应用探讨

摘　　要：风者,无形之气也,秉承风性,其性善行而数变,走而不守,无处不至,具有升、托、发、散、化、达、窜、通、透、行、畅之功。风药应当包括具有“风”特性的药物及可治疗“外风”的一大类药物。病有六经分属,药物亦可分属六经,在运用风药时,除了辨清其寒热虚实、八纲表里之所属,还可理清其六经归类,根据药物的性味归经,结合六经病的不同发病机制、病位、病性,辨证运用。但在应用时需注意避免因其辛温燥烈之性伤阴耗液。The wind is the invisible qi,upholding the nature of the wind,good at behaviors and changes in numbers,walking without guarding,and going everywhere.It has the ability to rise,support,diverge,disperse,transform,reach,channel,pass,through,perform,chang’s work.The wind medicine mentioned in the article should include medicines with‘wind’characteristics and a large class of medicines that can treat‘external wind’.Diseases are classified into the six meridians,and medicines can also be classified into the six meridians.When using wind medicine,in addition to distinguishing its cold and heat,deficiency and excess,and the belonging of the eight outlines and exterior and interior,it can also clarify the classification of the six meridians according to the nature and flavor of the medicine and the meridian,combined with the different pathogenesis,disease location and disease nature of the six meridian diseases,and use it according to syndrome differentiation.However,it is necessary to pay attention to the compatibility during application,to avoid yin-damaging fluid consumption due to its pungent,warm and dry nature.
