运用花药辨治脾胃病临证经验

摘　　要：通过4则运用花药辨治脾胃病医案,文章重点介绍了陈永灿对密蒙花清肝热和舌味、玫瑰花通窒滞利咽喉、厚朴花宣郁结宽胃脘、木槿花理肺肠止便血的用药经验。陈永灿认为,花药具有质地轻灵、气味芳香、药性平和、药效舒缓的特性,看似平凡而药效却有不平凡之处,对于某些病程较长、缠绵难愈的疾病,如一些难治性、情志性脾胃病,适时运用花药,临床确有效验。Four medical cases of treating spleen and stomach diseases by applying flower herbs were introduced in this paper,mainly emphasizing on the CHEN Yong-can’s experience of using Flos Buddlejae to clear liver heat and bitter taste,Rose to relieve sore throat,Flos Magnoliae Officinalis to disperse depression and relieve stomach distension,Flos hibisci to regulate the function of the lung and intestine and stop hematochezia.CHEN Yong-can believes that flower herbs have the characteristics of light texture,fragrant smell,mild medicinal properties and gentle medicinal effects.They seem to be ordinary but have extraordinary clinical effects.For some diseases with long courses or difficult to cure,such as some spleen and stomach diseases caused by emotions,flower herbs should be applied and will be effective.
