中医药治疗“泻剂结肠”的思路探讨

摘　　要：“泻剂结肠”是近年来临床常见的疾病,引起本病的原因很多,最主要的原因是患者对泻药的过分依赖进而导致排便的异常。目前公众对于本病还没有系统的认知,临床也缺乏公认的、有效的治疗方法,对本病进行详细叙述并提供有效的治疗方案是目前急需的。因此文章结合相关临床案例分析,从中医角度对该病进行较为系统的阐释,从病因病机的认识、立法用药等角度探讨中医药治疗“泻剂结肠”的思路,为临床治疗和实验室研究提供客观依据。‘Cathartic colon’is a common clinical disease in recent years caused by many reasons.The main reason is that patients rely too much on laxatives,and further leads to abnormal defecation.At present,there is no systematic public awareness of this disease,and there is also a lack of recognized and effective treatment methods in clinic.It is urgent to describe this disease in detail and provide effective treatment plans.Therefore,this paper systematically explained the disease from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,and discussed the thinking of treating cathartic colon with traditional Chinese medicine from the perspectives of understanding the etiology,pathogenesis and legislative medication,and combined with the analysis of relevant clinical cases,in order to provide an objective basis for clinical treatment and laboratory research.
