摘　　要：呕吐是恶性肿瘤放化疗常见的不良反应,严重影响患者生活质量,甚至影响治疗进程。刘亚娴教授从事中医肿瘤诊疗工作多年,临床经验丰富,针对化疗所致呕吐,将经方“小半夏加茯苓汤”与时方“连苏饮”合方,并据证加减,自拟“止吐汤”。该方可广泛应用于化疗所致的消化道反应如恶心、呕吐、呃逆及上消化道肿瘤引起的具有胃气上逆病机的各种疾病等,药简力宏,疗效显著,可作为治疗该类疾病的基本方。文章系统论述“止吐汤”的药物组成、方义、组方特点、适用范围、刘教授临证加减及运用体会,并附典型案例。Vomiting is a common adverse reaction of radiotherapy and chemotherapy for malignant tumors,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients and even affects the treatment process.Professor LIU Ya-xian has been engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of tumor in traditional Chinese medicine for many years and has rich clinical experience.Aiming at the vomiting caused by chemotherapy,he combined the classical prescription of‘Xiao Banxia plus Fuling Decoction’with the current prescription of‘Liansu Decoction’,and added or subtracted drugs according to the syndrome,to make an‘Anti-emetic Decoction’.The prescription is widely used in the digestive tract reactions caused by chemotherapy,such as nausea,vomiting,hiccup and various diseases with upward reverse pathogenesis of gastric qi caused by upper digestive tract tumor,etc.The drug is simple and effective,and can be used as the basic prescription for the treatment of such diseases.This article systematically discusses the drug composition,prescription,prescription characteristics,application scope,clinical addition and subtraction and experience of this prescription,and provides reference for medical workers with typical cases.
