摘　　要：柴胡麻黄汤虽未见记载于《伤寒杂病论》,但是从自然科学的角度来看,柴胡麻黄汤与柴胡桂枝汤符合方剂学的轴对称特性;从医史文献的角度出发,后世有医家运用柴胡麻黄汤加味的记载;从临床实践的实情出发,亦存在此类方证的疾病患者。因此,临床遇到太阳与少阳并病的情况,需明白其治疗非只局限于柴胡桂枝汤一方,柴胡麻黄汤证亦普遍存在,须对此两个方证进行鉴别运用,以提高中医临床诊疗水平。Although Chaihu Mahuang Decoction has not been recorded in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases,from the perspective of natural science,the Chaihu Guizhi Decoction and Chaihu Mahuang Decoction are both in accordance with the axisymmetric characteristics of prescription science.In addition,from the perspective of medical history literature,physicians of later generations have the record of using Chaihu Mahuang Decoction,so starting from the fact clinical practice situation,there also has similar syndrome patients.Therefore,when it comes into the situation of shaoyang syndrome complicated of taiyang syndrome,we should understand that the treatments are not just limited to use the Chaihu Guizhi Decoction,the application of Chaihu Mahuang Decoction is also widespread,so in order to improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,it is necessary to distinguish the two.
