清上蠲痛汤加减治疗头痛的体会

摘　　要：清上蠲痛汤是明代医家龚廷贤《寿世保元》头痛门中的第一方,因其临床疗效突出,备受古今医家推崇。清上蠲痛汤的主治症,原书记载为:“一切头痛主方,不问左右偏正新久”。然而,头痛的病机复杂多样,此方不可能通治一切头痛,因此需要对此方的适应证进行深入剖析,揭示该方的用药指征,以提高临床用方的准确性。因此文章采取“以药测症”的方法,从该方的配伍原理、用方指征、临床应用体会等方面作了详细地分析论述,以飧同道。Qingshang Juantong Decoction is the first prescription of headache in Shoushi Baoyuan written by GONG Ting-xian in Ming dynasty.Because of its outstanding clinical effect,it is highly praised by doctors at all times.The indications of Qingshang Juantong Decoction in Shoushi Baoyuan are:‘all headache prescriptions,regardless of the location and duration of headache’.However,the pathogenesis of headache is complex and diverse,so it is impossible for this prescription to cure all kinds of headache.It is necessary to deeply analyze the indications of this prescription,so as to improve the accuracy of clinical prescription.Therefore,the authors adopt the method of‘infering symptoms according to the effect of drugs’to clarify the combination principles,indications and clinical application of this prescription in detail.
