摘　　要：文章简述管氏子午流注针法源流与发展,论述子午流注的含义、子午流注学术的基本观点;管氏增加“同宗交错”“母子填充”内容,创制五环子午流注环周图,制作了“子午流注逐日对时和互用取穴表”;总结出中医学的整体观、经络学说等9项内容是子午流注的理论基础,归纳了经络辨证是子午流注针法的主要辨证方法,选择开穴配穴是运用子午流注针法的关键,恰当的补泻手法是子午流注获得疗效的重要条件,提出提高子午流注针灸临床疗效五要素,阐述了管氏针灸学术经验。This article narrates the origin and development of GUANs’midnight-noon meridian ebb-flow needling technique,provides definitions of the ebb-flow,and describes the principals of the doctrine.GUANs introduced two new point combination methods:‘hard-soft synergy’and‘mother-son complement’and created the‘Five-Circle Midnigh-Noon Meridian Ebb-Flow Figure and the Ebb-Flow Corresponding Time and Points Table’.This article concludes that ebb-flow theory is based on nine different components,including the holistic view of Chinese medicine,the meridian theory,etc.It summarizes that meridian differentiation is the main differentiating methods of the midnight-noon meridian ebb-flow needling technique,selecting the time and points is the key for its application,and the appropriate tonifying/sedating technique are critical to its clinic results.The article also presents the five elements in improving its clinical effectiveness,and the academic experience of GUANs’acupuncture.
