摘　　要：文章从规范针灸配穴、遵循经络辨证、传承经典理论3个方面叙述了管氏特殊针法学术流派的思想,从理、法、意3个方面论述管氏针灸学术传承理念,整理和总结归纳管氏针灸学术流派的理论精髓。管氏特色疗法有管氏舌针、管氏热针、蜂针经穴疗法、管氏过梁针、管氏子午流注及灵龟八法,文章归纳总结了各针法的学术特点及相关临床经验,以期推动管氏特殊针法学术流派的传承与推广,发展与弘扬中医针灸学术思想,为针灸临床提供一定的指导。This paper describes the thoughts of GUANs’acupuncture academic school from three aspects:standardizing acupuncture points,following syndrome differentiation of meridians and collaterals and inheriting classical theories,discusses the academic inheritance concept of GUANs’acupuncture from three aspects of theory,method and meaning,and sorts out and summarizes the theoretical essence of GUANs’acupuncture academic school.GUANs’characteristic therapy includes GUANs’tongue needle,GUANs’hot needle,bee needle acupoint therapy,GUANs’lintrum needle,GUANs’Ziwu flow and Lingguba method,this paper summarizes the academic characteristics and relevant clinical experience of each acupuncture method,in order to promote the inheritance and promotion of GUANs’special acupuncture techniques academic school,develop and carry forward the academic thought of acupuncture,and provide guidance for clinic.
