《傅青主女科》中引经药应用探析

摘　　要：妇科经典名著《傅青主女科》重视引经药的运用,其配伍特点独特,常以药物四性五味与脏腑、气血、经络相结合,引药达于病所,收效显著。文章对书中引经药进行整理分析,总结引经药的用量特点、药物与妇科疾病相关脏腑经络的关系、引药入经使诸药发挥药效等独特用法,以期对临床诊疗有所帮助。The gynecological classic FU Qing-Zhu Nvke attaches importance to the use of channel ushering drug,and its compatibility features are unique.It often combines the four properties and five flavor of herbs with viscera,qi and blood,and meridian and collaterals to reach the disease center and achieve remarkable results.The author sorted out and analyzed the channel ushering drug in the book,summarized the dosage characteristics of channel ushering drug,the relationship between herbs and viscera and meridians related to gynecological diseases,and the unique use of channel ushering drug,which make all drugs play a pharmacodynamic role,so as to be helpful to clinical diagnosis and treatment.
