熄风定颤丸治疗帕金森病肝肾阴虚证的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价熄风定颤丸治疗帕金森病(PD)肝肾阴虚证的临床有效性、减毒性及安全性。方法:采用随机、平行对照、前瞻性试验方案,按照PD肝肾阴虚证的诊断标准纳入观察PD患者60例。以各组用药前后总体疗效评价、改良PD评分量表评分、UPDRS因子改善程度、生活质量、并发症为观察指标,血尿粪三大常规、心电图以及肝肾功能等为安全指标。结果:治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组中医证候总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。第8周时治疗组UPDRS评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗8周时,治疗组患者静止性震颤、手运动和腿部灵活性等症状的改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组与对照组比较,生活质量显著改善(P<0.05),并发症积分显著降低(P<0.01)。药物不良反应发生率显著减少(P<0.05)。结论:在常规西药治疗基础上,熄风定颤丸治疗PD肝肾阴虚证可显著改善相关临床症状,同时明显减轻西药不良反应,值得临床应用。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy,toxicity reduction and safety of Xifeng Dingchan Pills in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease(PD)with liver-kidney yin-deficiency syndrome.Methods:Randomized,parallel controlled,prospective trial were applied,according to the diagnostic criteria of liver-kidney yin-deficiency syndrome PD patients,PD patients were observed.Taking the overall curative effect evaluation,unified Parkinson’s disease rating scale score,UPDRS factor improvement evaluation,quality of life evaluation and complication evaluation as the observation indexes,three routine laboratory indicators of blood,urine and feces electrocardiogram and liver and kidney function were taken as the safety indexes.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was greater than the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the treatment group was significantly greater than the control group(P<0.05).At the 8th week,the UPDRS score of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).At the 8th week,the improvement of static tremor,hand movement and leg flexibility in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the score reduction of treatment complications was significantly decreased(P<0.01).Drug adverse reactions in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment,Xifeng Dingchan Pills has a good clinical effect on the liver-kidney yin-deficiency syndrome of PD,and obviously reduce the side effects of western medicine,so it is relatively safe and worthy of clinical application.
