冬病夏治之穴位液氮冷冻疗法对支气管哮喘患者缓解期肺气虚证哮喘控制水平、生活质量及肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察冬病夏治之穴位液氮冷冻疗法对支气管哮喘缓解期肺气虚证患者的哮喘控制(ACT)水平、生活质量及肺功能影响,初步讨探其疗法对支气管哮喘的疗效。方法:将100例支气管哮喘缓解期肺气虚证患者随机分为对照组及观察组,每组50例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用穴位液氮冷冻治疗,每年夏季2次,2次为1个疗程,1年后比较两组患者治疗前后的ACT、生活质量(活动受限、哮喘症状、心理状况、对刺激原的反应及对自身健康的关系评分)及肺功能[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)占预计值百分比(FEV1%)和FEV1/用力肺活量(FVC)]。结果:观察组治疗后ACT评分较本组治疗前显著升高(P<0.01),观察组活动受限、哮喘症状、心理状况、刺激反应、对自身健康关心评分与治疗前比较均显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗组FEV1%和FEV1/FVC指标与治疗前比较均显著升高(P<0.05);对照组治疗后,活动受限和哮喘症状与治疗前比较均显著升高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组ACT评分和各项生活质量评分及FEV1%和FEV1/FVC均显著升高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:冬病夏治之穴位液氮冷冻疗法可提高支气管哮喘缓解期的控制率,改善生活质量和肺功能,其作用机制待进一步深入研究。Objective:To observe the effect of acupoint liquid nitrogen freezing therapy for winter disease and summer treatment on asthma control(ACT)level,quality of life(AQLQ)and lung function of patients with bronchial asthma in remission stage of lung-qi deficiency syndrome,and to preliminarily discuss the efficacy of its therapy on bronchial asthma.Methods:A total of 100 patients with bronchial asthma in remission stage with lung-qi deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while the treatment group was treated with acupoint liquid nitrogen freezing twice a year,2 times as a course of treatment.After one year,ACT,AQLQ(activity restriction,asthma symptoms,psychological status,response to stimulator and the relationship to self-health score)and lung function(FEV1%and FEV1/FVC)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the ACT score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.01).The score of the activity limitation,asthma symptoms,psychological status,response to stimulus and relationship to self-health in the treatment group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01).Compared with before treatment,FEV1%and FEV1/FVC in the treatment group were significantly higher(P<0.05).After treatment in the control group,activity limitation and asthma symptoms were significantly increased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The various scores of quality of life,FEV1%and FEV1/FVC were significantly increased(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:The acupoint liquid nitrogen freezing therapy for winter diseases in summer can improve the control rate of bronchial asthma in remission stage,improve the quality of life and lung function.Its mechanism of action needs to be further studied.
