摘 要:为了明确艾比湖卤虫休眠卵孵化率的影响因素,以2018年生产的已加工艾比湖卤虫休眠卵为研究对象,采用正交实验和单因素实验方法,分析了孵化液盐度、pH和温度、光照强度等因素对艾比湖卤虫休眠卵孵化率的影响,最终,确定了影响艾比湖卤虫休眠卵孵化率的关键因素。研究结果表明,在温度、孵化液的pH和盐度中,温度对艾比湖卤虫休眠卵孵化率的影响最大,其它依次为孵化液的pH、盐度;艾比湖卤虫休眠卵孵化的最适宜温度为28℃,最适宜光照强度为4 400 lx,孵化液的最适宜pH为8.0~8.5,孵化液的最适宜盐度为20‰~30‰;在最适宜的孵化条件下,艾比湖卤虫休眠卵的平均孵化产量为278 mg/g。In order to clarify the influencing factors of the hatchability of resting eggs of Artemia parthenogenetica from Ebinur Lake, the processed resting eggs of Artemia parthenogenetica from Ebinur Lake in 2018 were taken as the research object. Using orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment methods, the effects of hatching solution salinity, pH and temperature, light intensity and other factors on the hatchability of Artemia parthenogenetica resting eggs from Ebinur Lake were analyzed. Ultimately, the key factors affecting the hatchability of resting eggs of Artemia parthenogenetica from Ebinur Lake were identified. The results showed that among the temperature, pH and salinity of the hatching solution, the temperature had the greatest impact on the hatchability of the resting eggs of Artemia parthenogenetica from Ebinur Lake, followed by the pH and salinity of the hatching solution;the optimum temperature for hatching resting eggs of Artemia parthenogenetica from Ebinur Lake was 28 degrees centigrade, the optimum light intensity was 4 400 lx, the optimum pH of the hatching solution was 8.0-8.5, and the optimum salinity of the hatching solution was 20‰-30‰;under the optimum incubation conditions, the average hatching yield of resting eggs of Artemia parthenogenetica from Ebinur Lake was 278 mg/g.
