摘  要:在位于呼伦贝尔草原东部的辉河的河源区、上游、中游、下游和河口区河岸上,各设置了1处采样地;2020年7月中旬,在5处采样地,采集了0~10 cm、10~20 cm、20~30 cm和30~60 cm深度的土壤样品,测定土壤样品的总有机碳含量,研究辉河河岸土壤总有机碳含量的分布特征及其影响因素。研究结果表明,2020年7月,辉河河源区、上游、中游、下游和河口区河岸0~60 cm深度土壤总有机碳质量比分别为10.14~99.20 g/kg、7.98~11.92 g/kg、13.17~38.04 g/kg、0.99~4.89 g/kg和5.45~37.33 g/kg;辉河河源区、上游、下游和河口区河岸0~60 cm深度土壤总有机碳含量的垂直分布规律一致,即随着土壤深度的加深,土壤总有机碳含量逐渐减小,而中游河岸0~60 cm深度土壤的总有机碳含量却随着土壤深度的加深而波动增大;土壤含水量、土壤容重和全氮含量是辉河河岸0~60 cm深度土壤总有机碳含量的主要影响因素。In eastern Hulun-Beir Grassland, the sampling sites were set up in the bank of source area,upstream, midstream, downstream and estuary areas of the Huihe River. In mid-July 2020, the soil samples collected at depths of 0-10 cm, 10-20 cm, 20-30 cm and 30-60 cm were used to determine the total organic carbon contents of the soil. The distribution characteristics and influencing factors of total organic carbon contents in the soils were studied. The results showed that the contents of total organic carbon in the soils at the depth of 0-60 cm in 5 sampling sites were 10.14-99.20 g/kg, 7.98-11.92 g/kg, 7.98-11.92 g/kg, 13.17-38.04 g/kg, 0.99-4.89 g/kg, and 5.45-37.33 g/kg;the vertical distribution rules of the contents of total organic carbon in the soils at the depth of 0-60 cm in the river bank of Huihe River source, upstream, downstream and estuary areas were consistent, namely with the deepening of soil depth, the contents of total soil organic carbon gradually decreased, while the contents of total organic carbon in the soils at the depth of 0-60 cm in the middle reaches of the river bank increased with the deepening of soil depth;soil moisture, soil bulk density and total organic nitrogen content were the main influencing factors of the contents of total organic carbon in the soils at the depth of 0-60 cm in the bank of Huihe River.
