摘　　要：目的:探讨肺癌患者希望水平与社会支持的相关性。方法:采用自制问卷、Herth希望量表及社会支持量表对2021年3月1日~2021年5月31日收治的161例肺癌患者进行问卷调查。结果:肺癌患者的希望水平总分为(36.770±4.719)分,社会支持总分为(38.160±9.342)分,希望水平各维度及总分均与社会支持各维度及总分呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:肺癌患者希望水平与社会支持关系密切,护士在临床工作中要鼓励患者积极寻求社会支持,提高患者对治疗的希望水平,改善疾病治疗效果及生活质量。Objective:To explore the correlation between hope level and social support in patients with lung cancer.Methods:A questionnare survey was conducted among 161 patients with lung cancer admitted during March 1,2021 to May 31,2021 using a self-made questionnaire,Herth Hope Scale and Social Support Scale.Results:The total scores of hope level were(36.770±4.719)and the total scores of social support were(38.160±9.342)in lung cancer patients.The dimensions of hope level and total scores were positively correlated with the dimensions of social support and total scores(P<0.01).Conclusion:There is a close correlation between the level of hope and social support in patients with lung cancer.Nurses should encourage patients to actively seek for social support in clinical work,so as to improve their level of hope for treatment,and improve their treatment effect and quality of life.
