无缝隙护理对慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量和心理情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨将无缝隙护理用于慢性心力衰竭患者(CHF)中,对其生活质量和心理情绪的影响。方法以肇庆市第一人民医院于2018年1月至2020年10月期间收治的100例CHF患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。对照组50例患者给予常规护理干预,观察组50例患者在常规护理干预基础上给予无缝隙护理干预。观察2组患者的心功能、生活质量、心理情绪。结果随访结束后,2组的心功能等级均低于干预前(P均<0.05),且观察组心功能等级低于对照组(P均<0.05);2组的健康调查量表36(SF-36)各项评分均高于干预前(P均<0.05),且观察组均高于对照组(P均<0.05);2组的积极情感(PANAS-P)评分均高于干预前(P均<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);2组的消极情感(PANAS-N)评分均低于干预前(P均<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙护理可促进CHF患者心功能恢复,提高生活质量,改善心理情绪。Objective To explore the effect of seamless nursing on the quality of life and emotions of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods One hundred patients with CHF who were admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Zhaoqing City from January 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research object and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method.The 50 patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and the 50 patients in the observation group were given seamless nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The cardiac function,quality of life,and emotions of the two groups were observed.Results After the follow-up,the cardiac functional class of the two groups was lower than that before the intervention(both P<0.05),and the cardiac functional class of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of various items of 36-item short-form health survey(SF-36)in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention(all P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The positive and negative affect schedule-positive(PANAS-P)scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention(both P<0.05),and the PAN AS-P scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The positive and negative affect schedule-negative(PANAS-N)scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention(both P<0.05),and the PANAS-N scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Seamless nursing can promote the recovery of cardiac function,improve the quality of life,and improve the emotions of CHF patients.
