舒适护理结合早期康复干预对永久起搏器植入术后患者预后的影响

摘　　要：目的分析舒适护理结合早期康复干预对永久起搏器植入术后患者预后的影响。方法选取华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院2019年7月至2020年12月收治的120例行永久起搏器植入术患者,使用简单随机法将患者分别纳入观察组、对照组,各60例,均行舒适护理,观察组加用早期康复干预。对比2组患者的并发症发生情况,以及护理前后肩关节功能、生活质量变化。结果观察组在护理期间的并发症发生率为8.33%,低于对照组的23.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院前,2组患者的肩关节功能评价量表各项评分、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分均较术后有所升高,且观察组的上述评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在舒适护理的基础上,结合早期康复干预能够降低永久起搏器植入术后患者并发症发生风险,改善其肩关节功能,并提高其生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of comfort nursing combined with early rehabilitation intervention on the prognosis of patients after permanent pacemaker implantation.Methods One hundred and twenty patients who underwent permanent pacemaker implantation at Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology from July 2019 to December2020 were recruited.The patients were assigned into observation and control groups through simple random sampling,each with 60 cases.Both groups were given comfort nursing,and the observation group was additionally given early rehabilitation intervention.The incidence of complications,shoulder function and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications during nursing in the observation group was 8.33%,which was lower than 23.33%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before discharge,the scores of shoulder function scale and 36-item short-form health survey(SF-36)of the two groups were higher than those after operation,and the above-mentioned scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of comfort nursing and early rehabilitation intervention can reduce the risk of complications and improve the shoulder function and quality of life in patients after permanent pacemaker implantation.
