摘  要:为克服聚倍半硅氧烷直接加入硅橡胶中补强时易从体系中析出这一缺点,以1,3-二乙烯基-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷为封端剂、氢氧化钾碱胶为催化剂、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺为促进剂,通过八乙烯基笼形聚倍半硅氧烷(OVPOSS)和六甲基环三硅氧烷(D3)开环共聚聚合反应,制备了含OVPOSS骨架、流动性良好的乙烯基聚硅氧烷,系统研究了催化剂和促进剂种类及其用量、OVPOSS和封端剂用量、聚合时间等对共聚反应的影响.将所得乙烯基聚硅氧烷与二甲基含氢硅油、铂络合物按一定配比制备了加成型硅橡胶,并尝试用于发光二极管(LED)封装,结果表明,该硅橡胶与LED支架有较好的黏结力,封装的LED具有较高的光效.To overcome the shortcoming that polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane was easy to precipitate from the system when it was directly added into silicone rubber to improve mechanical performance,a kind of polysiloxanes containing octavinyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane skeleton with good fluidity was prepared by copolymerization of OVPOSS and hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane(D3)using 1,3-divinyl-1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane as end-capped agent,potassium hydroxide alkali siloxanolate as catalyst and N,N-dimethylacetamide as accelerants.The effects of categories and amounts of the catalysts and accelerants,amounts of OVPOSS and end-capped agent,and polymerization time on the copolymerization were systematically investigated.Subsequently,a kind of addition type silicone rubber was prepared with polysiloxanes,dimethyl hydrogen silicone oil and Karstedt catalyst.Furthermore,tentative research for LED packaging was conducted.The results showed that this prepared silicone rubber had good adhesion with LED bracket,and the packaged LED had high luminous efficiency.
