摘 要:为提高富水深厚淤泥地质区域深基坑支护桩的施工效率、降低工程造价,在确保基坑安全情况下,解决钻孔灌注桩、地下连续墙、SWM工法桩等常用的深基坑支护桩施工费用高、效率低、等强时间长的问题。以南沙某管廊项目为依托,通过严谨的设计方案、科学的施工组织、严格的工序把控和精确及时的监测数据使超长钢管桩在项目中成功运用。案例表明,超长钢管桩作为富水深厚淤泥地区基坑支护桩方案可行,基坑深度适合7~11 m之间;防倾钢丝绳简单适用,安全可靠;开挖方案合理,监测数据可控。In order to improve the construction efficiency of deep foundation pit supporting piles and reduce the project cost in water-rich and deep silt geological regions,under the condition of ensuring the safety of foundation pits,the commonly used deep foundation pit supporting piles,such as bored piles,underground diaphragm walls,and SWM construction method piles,are solved.The problems of high construction cost,low efficiency and long waiting time for pile guarding.Relying on a pipe gallery project in Nansha,the super-long steel pipe pile was successfully used in this project through rigorous design scheme,scientific construction organization,strict process control and accurate and timely monitoring data.The case shows that the super-long steel pipe pile is feasible as the foundation pit supporting pile in the water-rich and deep silt area,and the depth of the foundation pit is suitable between 7 m and 11 m;the anti-tilt wire rope is simple and applicable,safe and reliable;the excavation plan is reasonable,and the monitoring data can be control.
