摘 要:软土地区大面积深浅基坑工程施工难度大、安全隐患多及施工工期长。针对软土地区深基坑工程施工的特点,结合上海某大型高层住宅项目基坑工程实例,详细介绍了大面积不规则深基坑工程围护支撑形式、基坑降水、围护支撑施工、基于“时空效应”原理分区、分块土方开挖等施工技术。工程实施效果表明:深浅基坑分区分阶段施工技术应用,降低施工成本,节约了施工工期,保证了基坑安全顺利实施。:The construction of large area deep and shallow foundation pit in soft soil area is difficult,with many hidden dangers and long construction period.According to the characteristics of deep foundation pit construction in soft soil area,combined with the foundation pit engineering of a large high-rise residential project in Shanghai,the paper introduces in detail the construction techniques of large irregular deep foundation pit engineering,such as enclosure support form,foundation pit dewatering,enclosure support construction,partition and block earthwork excavation based on the principle of“space-time effect”.The project implementation results show that deep and shallow foundation pits are divided into different stages of construction technology application,reduce the construction cost,save the construction period,ensure the safe and smooth implementation of the foundation pit.
