摘　　要：针对某项目工程“针式浇筑钢管柱C80自密实混凝土”施工过程不振捣、施工后混凝土分布均匀密实的施工要求,通过优选混凝土原材料、优化验证配合比、以及采取一系列的生产、运输的控制措施,成功配置生产了符合工程需要的混凝土,获得良好的技术、经济及社会效益[1]。In view of the construction process of“needle pouring steel pipe column C80 self-compact concrete”,evenly dense concrete distribution after construction,through optimizing concrete raw materials,optimization verification ratio,and a series of production and transportation control measures,successful configuration of concrete that meets the needs of the project,obtain good technical,economic and social benefits.
