摘 要:液压机械传动(HMT)装置作为一种双功率流传动装置,其参数设计是一个非线性、有约束和多目标参数优化问题。在对车辆液压机械传动装置优化参数、评价目标和约束条件理论分析的基础上,采用Isight-AMESim联合仿真的方法对液压机械传动装置参数进行多目标优化求解,提出了一种基于Isight优化软件中非支配排序遗传算法(NAGA-II)和序列二次规划算法(NLPQL)的工程车液压机械传动装置参数组合优化方法。根据组合优化的思想,选择非支配排序遗传算法进行全局寻优,将优化变量锁定在最优解区域,然后利用序列二次规划算法进行局部最优解的求解。结合实例样车,优化出了工程车液压机械传动装置的参数,优化后的参数可满足设计需求,表明所给出的优化方法可用于工程车液压机械传动装置参数设计。As a dual power flow transmission device, the parameter design of Hydro Mechanical Transmission(HMT) device is a nonlinear, constrained and multi-objective parameter optimization problem.Based on the theoretical analysis of the optimization parameters, evaluation objectives and constraints of vehicle hydro mechanical transmission device, the multi-objective optimization solution of the parameters of the hydro mechanical transmission device was carried out by using the Isight-AMESim joint simulation method, a parameter combination optimization method of engineering vehicle hydro mechanical transmission device based on no dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NAGA-II) and sequential quadratic programming algorithm(NLPQL) in Isight optimization software was proposed.According to the idea of combinatorial optimization, the no dominated sorting genetic algorithm was selected for global optimization, the optimization variables were locked in the optimal solution region, and then the sequential quadratic programming algorithm was used to solve the local optimal solution.Combined with the example vehicle, the parameters of the hydro mechanical transmission device of the engineering vehicle were optimized.The optimized parameters can meet the design requirements, which shows that the optimization method can be used for the parameter design of the hydro mechanical transmission device of the engineering vehicle.
