摘 要:针对70 mm厚碳/碳复合材料缝合预制体超长机针强度不足且易失稳的问题,通过建立机针缝合预制件的力学模型以及推导数学模型,求解机针工作时所受应力,利用反推法计算机针稳定工作所需半径;根据机针所用碳纤维缝合线的拉伸强度及折弯半径,对机针针孔弯曲半径进行求解,根据所得结果建立机针三维模型;因机针在工作过程中除针柄与针身部分都被约束,通过ANSYS软件对改进约束后的缝合机针进行静力学分析;最后对机针及针孔弯曲半径进行了实验验证,最终结果表明:所设计的复合材料机针其强度与刚度、工作安全系数满足设计要求;验证了设计方法的可行性与正确性,提高了机针设计效率,为复合材料预制体缝合机针的设计提供依据。Aiming at the problem of insufficient strength and easy instability of the ultra-long needle of the 70 mm thick carbon/carbon composite material stitched preform, the mechanical model of the stitched preform of the needle was established and the mathematical model was derived to solve the stress of the needle during operation.Pushing method to calculate the required radius of the needle for stable work;According to the tensile strength and bending radius of the carbon fiber suture thread used in the needle, the bending radius of the needle hole of the needle was solved, and the 3 D model of the needle was established according to the obtained results;because the needle is working in the process, all parts except the needle handle and the needle body are constrained, and the improved constrained stitching machine needle was statically analyzed through ANSYS software.Finally, the bending radius of the needle and the needle hole was experimentally verified.The final result shows that: the designed the strength, rigidity and working safety factor of the composite material needle meet the design requirements;the feasibility and correctness of the design method are verified, the needle design efficiency is improved, and the design of the composite material prefabricatal suture needle is provided.
