摘　　要：目的:通过对真实世界中丹参川芎嗪注射液联合中西药治疗脑梗死合并高血压的数据分析,探索中西药联合用药的优化方案。方法:从建立的大型电子病历仓库中,提取914例患者信息、843种药物,采用Tabu搜索算法进行数据分析。结果:调控血脂:联用阿托伐他汀钙+硫酸氢氯吡格雷;调控血糖:二甲双胍+脑蛋白水解物+血管保护药,血糖控制不佳联用胰岛素+前列地尔。合并其他症状:卒中后便秘,卒中急性期联用甘油,必要时可联用甘油果糖氯化钠注射液+甘油,恢复期联用甘油+四磨汤;卒中后呃逆:阿司匹林+依达拉奉+甲氧氯普胺;卒中后合并肺部感染,联用喜炎平+灯盏生脉胶囊+连花清瘟,痰多联用鲜竹沥/痰热清+祛痰止咳或清热解毒剂;卒中相关头痛:联合使用地西泮+醒脑静注射液+盐酸氟桂利嗪。结论:本研究中脑梗死合并高血压使用丹参川芎嗪注射液联合的中西药用药方案,符合相关临床指南,可为临床用药提供参考。Objective:To analyze the data in the treatment of cerebral infarction combined with hypertension with Danshen Ligustrazine Injection in combination with Chinese and western medicines in the real world and further explore the optimal scheme of combined use of Chinese and western medicines.Methods:The information of 914 patients and 843 drugs were extracted from the electronic medical record database,and the data were analyzed by Tabu search algorithm.Results:Danshen Ligustrazine Injection was used in combination with other medicines for the following conditions.Blood lipid regulation:atorvastatin+clopidogrel.Blood glucose regulation:metformin+cerebroprotein hydrolysate+vascular protectives,combined with insulin+alprostadil in the case of poor blood glucose control.Other symptoms:1)Constipation after stroke:glycerin at acute stage of stroke;glycerin fructose sodium chloride injection+glycerin if necessary;glycerin+Simo Decoction in convalescence.2)Hiccups after stroke:aspirin+edaravone+metoclopramide.3)Pulmonary infection after stroke:Xiyanping Injection+Dengzhanshengmai Capsules+Lianhua Qingwen preparation,combined with Fresh Bamboo Juice/Tanreqing+expectorant antitussives or antipyretic antidotes in the case of excessive phlegm.4)Stroke-related headache:diazepam+Xingnaojing Injection+flunarizine hydrochloride.Conclusion:In this study,the medication regimen involving Danshen Ligustrazine Injection for cerebral infarction combined with hypertension conforms to relevant clinical guidelines and can provide reference for clinical practice.
